Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

South Walton Bonfire Co (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on southwaltonbonfires.com and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Booking requests: your name, email, mobile number, date, beach area, group size, add-ons and any notes you give us.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or text.
  • Payments: when you pay, a payment processor handles your card details. We don’t see or store your full card number.
  • Website data: our hosting and security providers log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure. If we add analytics, it will measure visits in aggregate.

How we use it

  • To confirm and deliver your bonfire, including day-of texts.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
  • To send occasional updates only if you ask for them. You can opt out any time.

How we share it

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as our website host (Namecheap), our network and security provider (Cloudflare), our email provider and our payment processor, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as we need them for the booking, our taxes and our records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Children

Our website is meant for adults planning a bonfire. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
